So last night .. I had a feeling I would have a nightmare & somehow it actually happened 😣 .. I dreamed my mom died. It was so horrible because I felt like it was so real. I felt real pain & I wanted to crawl into a ball & die. I hate nightmares like these. Someone had killed her & idk why but I also woke up crying. I already have anxiety issues. So I tried going back to sleep. This nightmare only made it worse. I'm at school rn & not in a great mood. I haven't had a nightmare like this in forever since I was in 3rd grade. & even then I woke up crying. It's terrible. Has anyone ever had dreams of their moms dying? 😞 Or dads..? It's a terrible feeling. I never want that to happen though I'm aware some day it could. Just not ready for it.
