does this mean anything?

Last night my SO and I had sex to try to induce. I'm 39 + 4 and I'm a FTM. I understand thy first babies come late but what I've been feeling and seeing is a brownish color in my discharge like dry blood. I wiped myself after my shower because I was having cramps and there was more but after I wiped it away I saw pieces of yellow mucus. I woke up with a pain in the top of my stomach that felt like I needed to throw up. I am low but I'm not sure if I have dilated or effaced yet. Should I be concerned about the color of the discharge? Should I go in?
