Ovarian cysts pain or O pain

I have sharp twinges on the left side of my lower stomach. Glow said I already ovulated this cycle. Idk because I didn't check my cm but I did feel more arouse during that week. The pain comes every now and then. It started today. I checked my cm and it was white not like egg white.
