You can't test positive at 2-3 wks. You'd be 4-6 wks to test positive. That's likely implantation bleeding.

2 weeks pregnant would be around ovulation. Had you even had a positive test?

Curious did it turn on you were pregnant? I had a similar thing happen to me, I am trying to get pregnant, had something like this but my test came out negative, but what was similar was the slimy of it, it was weird to me!
