So..basically it's made out of plants however there are ingredients that could potentially be bad...I used bio oil for a while and didn't see much of any improvements but different products work better with other people 👍🏽

Is it safe, yes. Effective, probably not since stretch marks are hereditary. It'll absolutely help with the itching though. They may not look as bad if/when you get them.
