coffee while pregnant?

Recently I'm craving lots of sugar. And today I really wanted coffee so I had a little bit.. is it that bad or ? I just feel like I shouldn't be drinking it. 😔

A regular cup of coffee contains about 50 mg of caffeine. You're allowed up to 200mg/day according to most sources....

That being said, my sister in law always swore that she had worse heartburn when she drank coffee. I've had the same experience, too! I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a week, and every time I'm running back to my bottle of Tums an hour later!
