Returning to Work
Hi my fellow UK ladies!
I've not long returned to work from maternity leave, opting to give my husband 4 months of shared parental leave.
I remember scouring the internet the day before I was due to go back to work thinking why on earth are there so few resources to help women get back in to work confidently?
What do you feel like you would have benefitted from to ease the transition back in to the workplace? Do your employers have any schemes for getting women back in to work?
Im looking to kickstart an initiative in my workplace to look at what help mums feel they would benefit from when needing/ wanting to go back to work!
