Weight loss 💪
Hey ladies!
So I recently noticed that I put on a few pounds and since summer is coming, I would love to be able to rock my crop tops and swim suit. I've been trying to better my eating and I signed up for a gym membership, I go about 3-4 times a week. I'm about 5'7 and currently 142. I would like to get down to 25-130. How did you ladies lose weight, safe and effectively? Please no mean comments, just looking for some advice, tips and tricks. 😊
