healthy way to lose weight?

I am a freshman in highschool and I just want to get rid of this "pooch" on my stomach. I play year round sports, so I get at least a hour of working out everyday. I am a typical tall,skinny, white girl. but I eat like a lot. and I don't drink water. and I don't sleep a lot. basic teenager. But do you have any suggestions? or anything that you think would be a good start. I'm not looking for a diet, but is there anything that I definetly shouldn't eat? (besides candy,junk food)
