MEDS OR NO MEDS??

Hey everyone! 
I was hoping on getting some feedback. My hubby and I are doing our first round of IUI next month. Our doctor is letting us decide whether to do meds like clomid and letrozole or to just try the IUI based on my normal cycle days. The only issue we have conceiving is hubby's motility being super low. Does anyone have any info from past experiences. ANY extra knowledge is totally appreciated as we are having a tough time making this decision.

I had my first IUI on 3/30. No medication as our issue is with my husbands morphology. I ovulate very regularly. We tried for 16 months on our own

Hey I just went through my first iui last week. Was full of emotions. I did do clomid. All I experienced was maybe some mood swings. I know others have experienced headaches. My dr also told me that my hubby has low motility as well so he's going to try to get me approve (insurance) to go straight to Ivf. But I'm still hopeful that AF doesn't come next week.
