Cramps 3 days after ovulation

Hi, i baby danced 3 days before the day of and the day after my 33% chance of pregnancy day, i took an ovulation test and it came back strong positive on my 33% day.. Its been 3 days since then and i have stomach cramps and tender boobs, does this mean anything? Its our first month ttc after two miscarriages, its only taken us one cycle to get pregnant twice before yet both ended in miscarriage! Could i be pregnant?
