Any meds to prevent third miscarriage?

Hi, i have had two miscarriages 5 months apart, i am ttc baby number 1 and scared I'll have a third miscarriage! Both miscarriages were missed and only found out at my 3 month scan, both stopped growing around 7-9 weeks! I am unsure if there is anything apart from the obvious folic acid and healthy eating, is there anything the doctor can prescribe me?

I went through the same thing!! I first went through testing for any answers , and everything was normal so I was put on 100 mg progesterone suppository ( 1 nightly after period until 10 weeks or next period). 1mg folic acid twice a day, 1 81 mg baby asprin, and prenatel. I then later git put on Clomid because my body was just to aggressive to let me keep a pregnancy. I am now 19 weeks pregnant with twins and everything with them is healthy! :) good luck and DONT give up! I had 5 mc's before this pregnancy!

I'm exactly the same and have been taken more folic acid and I'll start 75mg of aspirin when I get my bfp! Good luck ladies xx

The vitamins can acturly do harm if they r not needed have you been to your doctors? Try speaking to a specialist before taking action. Good luck hun xx
