Ok y'all I need some suggestions !! My cervix is completely softened and thinned out my only prob is I'm not dilating ! I've been a 1 cm for almost a month now and it's not budging ... any suggestions of how I can get the dilating to start??? I have been taking the evening primrose oil for about 2 weeks and inserting vaginally which I think helped tremendously on the softening but I need help on starting to dilate !!
