Im renting a one bedroom apt from my landlord a little over a year .. He is going through court stuff about zoning that the space is on the corner and not enough feet to rent it. Idk but he keeps mentioning that he dont know what they are going to say he will let me know. He has a house for rent i just asked if he has any other properties.. Its a 3 bd house. He said we can look at it tomorrow. My question is do you think we would have to pay first last and security if im with the same landlord? We have it just curious if that would make sense. Also what is a zoning notice ???
