do doctors take into account your birth plan for induction?

My bf is starting anew job a few days before my due date. It's an amazing job so he can't miss work even though his new boss already knows I'm due very soon we aren't really sure if he will let my SO off or not and he doesn't wanna ask. My mom is already my birth coach because my bf isn't sure he can handle it. But the week after I'm due my mom already paid for a trip and can't get her money back she booked it a year ago. So if I tell my doctor this do you think she will induce me a little earlier than 41 weeks if my baby won't come on his own so my birth coach can be there? Especially now that my SO might not even be able to be there?
