Venting about MIL

Tomorrow is my ultrasound appointment,going to let my aunt,godmother and grandma go in when it's just me and the ultrasound tech,let them walk out, and then my mom,sister and MIL come in when the doctor actually tells me what he thinks since I'm already at 34 weeks. But I just found out my MIL is sick and she still plans on going. She already has to take care of her 4 year old granddaughter that lives with her,with her three older sons and her husband. And then I find out that one of the brothers will be in the waiting room with my niece because he can't control being at home with her that she gets into everything. My husband is the youngest out of all of them but yet he's married to me,has a career in the military and our first kid on the way and he still helps out his family and my family but yet has 3 brothers older then him that are all in their 30s and live at home and take advantage of their parents. I'm to the point where I don't even think she will be even there enough for us when baby boy is born. His mom is always running errands for them,taking care of that lil girl,and most of the time sick...she's really nice but I hate how much she enables these guys and that my niece's father don't even act like a dad to his own daughter😑I'm like calm down veronica,just worry about your lil family now but I'm still pissed that this happening.
