help-rash!

All of a sudden our 13 month old has a rash on her body. This afternoon she started having large pink dots on the right side of her face near her eye/ear. It is also on her belly/ diaper line and it is starting to spread to her legs. She is acting totally normal and does not have a fever. Has not been scratching them. Cannot get her into the pediatrician until tomorrow. Any ideas would be appreciated!
