possibly lost mucus plug & less baby movement??

Question

So at work today i believe i lost my mucus plug and i noticed my son isnt moving as much . Im 36 weeks + 4 days On my way to the hospital .

Am i over exaggerating by going to hospital ? Is this normal?

Less movement isnt good so its best to be checked

Less movement you should always go in.  I did yesterday and they ended up having to slow contractions down hat I didn't even know I was having at first.  I'm 36 weeks 6 days.    Good luck.
