Try cuddling against his back. When I was about 24-25 weeks pregnant I would cuddle against my husband's back at night and he would start laughing because after a little while, the baby would start wiggling. There were even a few times when he woke my husband up with his kicks and rolls.
Husband Doesn't Want To Feel The Baby Kick
My husband has tried to feel the baby kick a few times. Maybe once every 2 weeks for the last 10 weeks for 2-4 minutes at a time. Every single time, she stops kicking. He gets very discouraged and has gotten to the point now where he has asked me to stop asking him to feel. I'm 30 weeks and I feel like she's only gonna get stronger from here. I also feel hurt that he doesn't care to share in this with me because of a few lackluster experiences. But I get it, he gets his hopes up and he gets disappointed. He has felt her kick one single solitary kick a couple weeks ago, but as of tonight he's done. It makes me sad that he won't try for long periods of time and won't try anymore at all.

Our little girl did the same thing whenever my SO tried to feel. You're right... She's only going to get stronger. When you guys go to bed at night try to snuggle up to him. My SO usually sleeps with his back to me so I would face him and let my belly touch his back. She would kick and he would feel it. Now he jokes more about her "running away" and how there's "only so many places she can run to" instead of being sad about it cuz he still gets to feel her. We just have to do it when she doesn't know he's trying.
