New to OPKs help!!

I've been taking the clear blue digital tests but decided to try the cheaply tests from Walgreens.  They're just Walgreens brand and on the first one in the PM this is what I got.  Is it possibly I got lucky and am actually ovulating?  I guess I should just ask if this means I'm ovulating or not?  I need some input and advice.  I took a digital this morning and it was negative and now I got this.  Help?!  Maybe I should try the digital tonight as well?  I'm confused as to how this all works
