Just have a blanket in case the hospital or car air conditioning is too cold. Rule of thumb is 1 extra layer than what you would wear.

Yes I'm due June 21 and I live in Cleveland lol were bringing him home in a onesie and pants as well.  However will have a receiving blanket handy just in case it's breezy the day he comes home.
