Can you get pregnant with a huge cyst?

Question

Right ovary cyst bigger then ovary.
Took Clomid few days ago.

So I spoke to 3 different medical people about this 1 said I will ovulate from my other ovary and the cyst on my right side will just go down on its own. 
Someone else said the cyst will release a egg then burst. 
BUT online everybody says you can't even get pregnant with one! 
What's the truth man? Realistically....

We tried getting pregnant for 3 years, my dr said the cyst on my ovary would eventually go down on its own and if it didn't cause me pain there was no reason to remove and risk destroying that ovary, so one day after leaving the gym I started to get this extreme pain I thought it was kidney stones so I went to a urologist and they sent my scans to my obgyn, I went into the office so he could exam it more and my cyst grew bigger then what it was when I previously had it checked, the reason for the pin was because it started to leak and I guess it's just routine to test urine for pregnancy so as he was doing the sonogram on my cyst and we discussed that if I didn't get pregnant in the next 6 months that we would remove it so I go to get changed and my dr runs in and was like "are you pregnant?" I was like um not that I know of (I actually took a test before getting cat scan and it came back negative) and he said my test came back positive so we ran down the hall and did an ultrasound and sure enough I was pregnant! So basically yes you can get pregnant if you have a cyst :) I'm currently trying for baby #2 it's been about 2 years so hopefully this is the year!

You should believe the medical professionals over the Internet. Some cysts will go down in size or burst, others just kinda sit there. I get ovarian cysts often and I still got pregnant. Every situation is different so trust your doctors.

I was actually told not to try to get pregnant while I have a cyst. They told me no sex what so ever and if I did to use a condom. Due,to the fact I still ovulate and could rupture the overy or worst cause myself to be infertile but there's still a chance of we do have unprotected sex.

I had an ectopic pregnancy and ended up losing everything. The ovary, egg, and tube. The other ovary did take over eventually. So my answer is no, but you can't wait for anything to burst. Get another opinion.
