loosing weight in 3rd trimester???

Hey ladies, has anyone else lost weight in the last trimester? I'm confused I was in hospital last week & was released on bedrest being a week in I thought I'd see the "damage" lol & I've lost 2kg🤔

Ive lost 3 lbs in the last week before my 3rd trimester. I was only up 8lbs but now I'm only up 5lbs from my prepregnancy weight. No matter how much I pig out, that 3 lbs wont come back. I think its normal. I eat healthy and drink lots of water, my baby is healthy and happy. I trust my body is just doing what it needs to do. Im sure those 3lbs will come back soon. Im 28 weeks. How far along are you?
