prodromal labor advice please
Questions for those of you who have had prodromal labor.
1st how long did you have it?
I've heard you can have it for quite sometime. Although I'm due Friday so mine can't be more than a couple of weeks.
2nd did you have bloody show with it? Not mucus plug only, bloody show?
I had a sweep done yesterday morning and had a little brown spotting later in the day but during my prodromal labor last night it turned pink and stayed until my contractions started spacing out.
3rd Did or was there anything you did to bring on true labor?
I've heard it can be due to baby positioning but I'm not sure how accurate that is.
I think those are my questions for now. Like I said I had a sweep yesterday morning of course was crampy and had spotting after. About 7:30pm I was getting contractions that were every 10 minutes with what seemed like bloody show and they strengthened but never got closer. They lasted until about 4am. I'm still having strong contractions but they are about every 20 minutes. This is my 5th baby but 1st time experiencing this. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!!!!
