New to iud

So I have been on birth control since 8th grade for period pain which was fine but when I started having sex my junior year I decided to get a stronger form of birth control so I went to the nexplanon which made my depression bad so I then tried the patch which would make my dry heave every morning and killed my sex drive so I guess I just can't handle the hormones so I'm 18 now and I got the copper iud yesterday and whew those cramps were bad but today it's like they are all gone is there anything to excpect coming up with the copper iud?
