Can someone please post ultrasound of their baby at 7weeks 3days 😥

I really feel like my baby should have the head showing by now.ugh trying not to worry myself! My doctor says everything looks good and heartbeat was great.I'm still worry why I can't tell the head from the body. Does anyone see where the head will be ?
