Anyone Ever Taken These?

I'm currently taking the Rainbow Light prenatal vitamins but happened to go through the medicine cabinet to find I still had a nearly full bottle of these? The label doesn't say that pregnant women should avoid them, but wondered what y'all though about them.

Usually hair skin and nail supplements have a higher than normal amount of Vitamin A, which can be dangerous while pregnant cus it can lead to birth defects. But even if it doesn't, a prenatal is probably enough.

They aren't prenatals so don't expect them to be a replacement for prenatals.
