breast pumping
Does breast pumping hurt ....I am going to breast feed and want insight on what it's like ....a lot of people say pumping makes your boobs throb
Edit: this may be a silly question but can adults drink breast milk too? Being curious I just googled and it says men are drinking it because they think it improves athletic performances BUT since drinking cow milk isn't essentially good for you what about breast milk ??
