swollen!!! HELP

Hey guys .. So it's so weird this is the second time I'm having this . Before two weeks when i was masturbating and then my vagina started hurting and burning and then it started to swollen (the labia minor )and hurting at the touch .. I'm so scared because today happened too .. Last time it lasted four days ... Now I don't know does anyone of you guys experienced such thing if yes what did you do?
