I've been having really bad mood swings for the past week. And they get bad to the point where in the middle of a double date I told my boyfriend to take me home so randomly. Like we were all sitting there and having a good time. And I suddenly got so mad. I've locked myself in my room and my bf "risks his life" to still come see me because he doesn't want me to get in the habit of isolating myself. Idk what to do to help deal with this.
