What do I do?

I have a son which he is 10 months old, his father has no contact of such. He's taking me to court to get contact but I don't want any kind off contact with our son due to drugs, violence & other issues that have came up. He has been sharing a photo off my wee boy on facebook as his profile picture include his other son and him (collage photo). I have reported this photo several times but he continues to put it up, he didn't get consent to steal the photo or even put it up, he didn't even ask me. What do I do?
