😰 HIGH BP ???

I have high bp and sometimes things will make me upset or panic or worry. My heart starts beating fast and I can't help it ONLY if someone takes the sensitivity out of my body or if I really don't care about something. People keep blaming me for raising my blood pressure it's not fair. I am 30 weeks pregnant and they will make me upset but then say I'm the one raising my own blood pressure. Am I in the right or wrong ?

You can't help what upsets you right now. But you can find good ways to cope with it! When you feel upset, remember to slow and steady your breathing and try to remain calm. It's really hard, but with practice, you can gain control of what your body does.

I think it's a mix of both. They're not right to upset you, but you also have to learn to breathe. I know how it feels! Just sit down (away from the problem), drink a big glass of ice water and breathe, it helps me.
