I'm planning on giving this to my best friend Briania and having her send it to my parents and grandparents and my husbands parents and grandparents and all of our siblings. I don't want to offend people and make them think I'm being demanding or crazy 😐

The only thing I would do is not give it to your friend to mail. That's your job as the mommy, make the requests and make sure they're followed! I think it's great, and not rude at all.

I think this is perfect! That's exactly what I'm going to do too. Only my mom & fiancé in the room when I give birth. No one posts to Facebook/sends pictures before I give the ok or have done it first.

Me personally would just tell people in person or send out an email. This type of letter and requests may come off rude and people might be highly offended by this and take it the wrong way. I understand not wanting people at the hospital as we will be doing the same thing. We've requested only grandparts are allowed at the hospital during labour and delivery and only me and my husband will be in the room while I deliver.
