Help! My husband got out some ready cooked chicken breasts this morning (7am ish) to thaw from frozen, then we just ate it for tea in Pitta breads without reheating it. Now I'm a panicked mess thinking we will get food poisoning as I didn't think to put the meat in the fridge to thaw!! Help!! 😫😫 I'm 20 weeks pregnant tomorrow so worrying about little bean as well! 😭
