Toilet training advice

So I am going to start trying to toilet train my two year old daughter as of next week. With bubs being due in 3 months I would REALLY love to have little miss out of nappies by then.

I have purchased one of those little toilet seats that sit on the toilet, and I am going to buy her some little undies this weekend.

I am in need of any advice and/or tips/stratagies/success stories. ANYTHING really. I am completely new to this so I have no idea where to start!
