Laxatives are incredibly unsafe during pregnancy

I'd try other home grown methods before a laxative. I was given castor oil for one of my pregnancies. After all the diarrhea, the last thing I would have been able to deal with was labor. I was left so weak and exhausted.

Try sex instead. :)
