I have no idea why this woke me from a dead sleep

Okay so I slept on the couch because my back has been hurting and the couch just feels better than our bed. I know that's weird but whatever. 

So anyways it's 5 am and I wake up out of a DEAD sleep to gagging and coughing and like someone was struggling to breathe. I shot straight up and ran into the room and yelled something -I have no idea because I wasn't fully awake yet. I literally flew through the living room running into shit and I very vaguely remember saying something. Probably "fuck shit fuck" because I have a potty mouth while angry/freaked out and half asleep. and my boyfriend is sleeping soundly. Next to him is his phone and on it is a horror movie with someone dying in it and the struggle from the person dying in the movie woke me the fuck up in a panic thinking that my SO was dying. What even. 

FROM THE OTHER ROOM. WITH THE DOOR SHUT. nothing else from the movie woke me, just the fake dying sounds. It annoyed me so bad because It's like it flipped on a switch in my brain and I couldn't go back to sleep. 😭
