Safe Cold medicine??

Question

Does anyone know a medicine that is safe to take for a cold while pregnant?

Regular sudafed, not the PE kind, the kind from behind the counter and Benadryl per my doctor's sheet. 
I have also used Tylenol to help with symptoms, saline nasal sprays and my humidifier.

Honestly, vitamin C, orange juice,  lots of water and rest
