5 weeks pp bleeding heavy

I stopped bleeding for a few days out of nowhere I started bleeding super heavy and passing clots like every 20 min. And when i stand up from the toilet there's so much blood it's like right after I gave birth all over again. Is this normal or should i call my Dr??? Cramping like a normal period but this is ALOT of blood.
