I get this too. Not all the time but a few times a day, usually on my left side. Just feels like a little twitch but it's something I've never felt pre pregnancy so I'm assuming it's baby

It is my second pregnancy and it is still hard for me to tell this early! To me, baby flutters feel more like a push or pressure and less like a gas "bubble"
