boost lactation

How can i boost up my milk supply ? My milk is going down which is making my baby boy hungry like every hour or so . & i can tell that while hes drinking it'll just turn into sucking because i dont hear him swallowing anymore plus i use to pump & save like 5 ounces now ill only pump 3 ounces & i am exclusivly breastfeeding so i need something to help me boost up fast . I tried drinking a cup of Mothers Milk Tea a day but its obviously not working .
