We've constantly been thinking of names just because baby will be 50% American and 50% Brazilian so we needed names that could work in both languages. And it's been tough to find boy names!

My answer is kinda...  We didn't have names picked out when we found out we were pregnant with our first. We decided on a boy and a girl name. Then found out he's a boy. Now we are pregnant with our second and she's a girl so we are using the name we had picked from our first born. So with our first, no we didn't have them picked ahead of time. With this one, yeah we've had it picked for 5 years lol
