Bromelain capsules?

Anybody try them instead of pineapple? I hate pineapple and am missing part of my blender so I can't make a smoothie!

I know you have to be careful of the dosage if you're going to do that. 1/5 of pineapple core is not a lot of bromelain, whereas most pills are a lot of it.

I just cut my core up and take a bite of the fruit part, then a bite of the core, then a bite of the fruit, etc. BUT I like pineapple so it's not so bad for me.

Wondering too 😳 I bought bromelain tabs and goin to try one about 2 or 3dpo, my nurse has said the dosage I'll take will be ok but just after ovulation x
