Other: Inferior left thyroid and cm in transverse dimension. These are not characterized on this examination. No blood flow is noted within them by ultrasound. Differential diagnosis includes lymphadenopathy. Correlation with contrast-enhanced CT of the neck is recommended 

IMPRESSION: Heterogeneous thyroid without evidence of discrete thyroid nodule. Multiple extra thyroidal nodules inferior to the left lobe may reflect lymphadenopathy. Correlation with contrast-enhanced
