Symptoms...?

Hey ladies! So my due date is November 1, I am 6w2d right now and I've already been to the doctor and had a transvaginal ultrasound which showed the little yolk sac and got all green lights from the doctor. All is perfect, except for the fact that I barely have ANY symptoms. Besides completely missing my period, having ZERO spotting so far, I haven't felt the least bit nauseous and my boobs barely hurt. I have been insanely thirsty and I can tell I'm super moody. Has anyone else been 6 weeks and no nausea or anything? Even though my doctor says all is good, I still worry that I'm not feeling much. Stories are appreciated :)
