feeling like I'm crazy

I'm only 8 DPO, but I'm noticing every little thing. I'm very sinsitive, one of those who feels ovulation. The last two days I have felt clear but light cramps (my cycle is by the book, is not AF early). The part that makes me crazy is I have crohns so some of those semptoms mirror early pregnancy, so nausea is one. It is rare for me, but happens. Today however I went to get some cheese as a snack, opened it and it had a small spot of mold, immediately felt like I was gonna puke, but didn't, just left queasy. Also with my crohns I get diarrhea, my meds keep it under control but hormone changes pretty much make it instant, I always have it with my period. But the last two days, it's been consistent. I have also been crazy tired I took a 4 hour nap yesterday and still went to bed on time, I know I've still got 4 days until a test will really do any good but I feel like I'm loosing my mind with all of this
