Has anyone gotten pregnant after miscarriage before their cycle began?

I'm on CD 36 (miscarried Feb 3rd) and I got a positive ovulation test on the 19th of Feb and the 7th of Mar.... is there any way I could have really ovulated on the 7th and get pregnant?

I miscarried on 10th August last year and got pregnant straight away, think I ovulated around 28th August. Got a positive pregnancy test 5 weeks after I miscarried and had a scan to confirm it was a new pregnancy and it was. I'm 30 weeks today with baby boy so it's definitely possible!

I did! When I got pregnant with my son, I had miscarried 2 weeks before that. Good luck!
