Looks like a yeast infection. My daughter used to get them bad. Even had thrush for awhile. But take her to the doctors they will say athletes foot cream and some sun will kill yeast it's right where she would spit up and the sugar kinda hangs out. Babys get them all over its really not a big deal. I even showed it to my husband who confirmed it looks like a yeast infection. Get some athletes foot cream.

I would take her dlto her doctor she needs cream. Its allergies to something. Did you change anything laundry detergent, or even you are you using any kind of lotion i really could be lots of things. My daughter was allergict to hugies.

I dont think she could but if you touched something its transfarable if you dont wash ur hands very good. I had it twice since i work with gardens.
