apparently my body is giving up lol

Woke up with severe scalp sensitivity, a horrible earache and painful throat, all on my left side! Wth is this!? I'm a nurse for petes sake and should know something! It's not strep that came back negative, no infection in my ear, and my neck isn't swollen either, but it still super painful! Also when I cough or sneeze the pressure in my head is insane but I'm not congested at all!!! I have been taking my bp meds an bp is good at 116/86. My heart rate is elevated but it's always over 120 regularly an it's normal in third trimester. So if anyone has had the same an how you handled it plz comment! I'm at a loss! My doc called it "viral". But idk it just seems weird.
