Evening prim rose oil

I started taking EPO Wednesday, I heard one three times a day for the first week, and then increasing to two three times a day orally. Additionally inserting two capsules vaginally at night before going to sleep. Is this how you ladies use this? I was researching it more today and read that it may cause complications during delivery!! Anybody else heard of this and what the complications may be? Am I doing something risky by using this? Advice please!!
